Wel grow great tasting, nutritious microgreens, and we deliver them "live" directly to chef's ensuring maximum freshness for restaurant patrons. Then we created special micro-blends designed to enhance salads, soups, appetizers and entrees. We didn't stop there, we are now working with chefs to create new blends and new micro-herbs varieties.
Las Vegas feeds up to 40,000,000 visitors per year three meals per day, primarily on imported food. If there was ever a city that offered more opportunity, we haven't heard of it yet!
We settled on the micro-herbs business, first because we love micro-herbs and secondly because it appeals to a chef's creative nature and thirdly because we can deliver it, not only fresh, but still living right up to the moment it is eaten!
Our state-of-the-art grow equipment includes automated Ebb & Flow flood tables, automated seeding equipment, germination chambers, all in a fully climate controlled environment designed specifically for growing micro-herbs.
The facility has been designed to facilitate the entire Las Vegas micro-herbs market.
